Simon Pegg was born Simon John Beckingham on February 14, 1970. He is an award-winning English actor. He is also a comedian, writer, producer, stand-up comedian and director. He starred in the best known Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. And a TV sitcom, Spaced. He collaborated major works with Nick Frost and Jessica Hynes to name a few. Pegg is a good friend of fellow actor David Schwimmer. They worked together with some good movies like Band of Brothers, Big Nothing and Run and Fat Boy. Simon is now married with Maureen McCann. They tied the knot on July 23, 2005 in Glasgow. Nick Frost was his Best Man. He is also the godfather of Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter, Apple.
He has an optical condition called, heterochromia. his eyes are blue grey but a portion of his right eye is brown. Simon says he likes the film The Empire Strikes Back.

Then his career went on by making movies such as “Cool world”, “A river runs through it”, a film with Robert Redford in 1992, “Kalifornia” “True Romance”, scripted by “Quentin Tarantino” in 1993, “Interview with the vampire”, “with Tom Cruise”, “Legends of the Fall” in 1994, “Seven” with Morgan Freeman, “Monkeys” where he won Best supporting actor and an Oscar nomination, “Sleepers” in 1996, “The Devil’s Own” in 1997, “Seven years in Tibet”, also in 1997, “Meet Joe Black” in 1998, “Death takes a holiday”, “The fight club” in 1999, “Snatch” in 2000, “The Mexican” in 2001, “Spy game” with Robert Redford etc..etc..He is now considered to be one of the hottest Hollywood actors of our time.
